Terms & Conditions

The hotel accepts cash, personal cheques (with valid guarantee card to stated limit), Debit Cards & the following Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta. We require name & address of cardholder & expiry date of card.

Deposit: the first nights' rate is required to confirm booking in all cases. All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: We accept cancellations up to 14 days.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged full and total price of accomodation taken per person. Substancial charges (as well as loss of deposit) can therefore arise from cancelled rooms and holiday bookings, even in the case of illness. A confirmed booking is a legally binding contract. We advise all guests to insure against financial losses due to cancellation. All cancellations must be made in writing.
